PourTrack demo

One load, from order to signature.

Follow a single truckload through PourTrack and see what the customer, the office, the plant and the driver each see along the way. Want to see it running with real screens? Book a 30-minute live demo.

The journey

Seven steps, one record.

Every step lands on the same delivery record, so nobody has to retype, chase or phone around.

  1. Customer

    1. Places the order

Grade, quantity, site address and time, from a phone browser. Nothing to install. Phone orders are entered by the office instead.

  2. Office

    2. Approves and plans the loads

One tap approves the order and splits it into truckloads, and the customer is updated by WhatsApp.

  3. Plant

    3. Batches and sends the truck

With Trace, the batcher photographs the DO your batching system already prints and picks the truck. With Bridge, the batch ticket arrives in PourTrack by itself. Either way, the driver gets the job on their phone.

  4. Driver

    4. Drives to site, followed on the map

Big, plain-language buttons: leaving the plant, arrived. The customer follows the truck on a map, with a 2-hour countdown from batching so everyone knows how fresh the concrete is.

  5. Site

    5. Slump test and photos at site

Slump result and cube samples are recorded against this load. Every photo is stamped with the DO number, time and location, so the evidence speaks for itself later.

  6. Customer

    6. Signs for the delivery

On the driver's phone at site, or later from the customer's own dashboard. The signed Goods Received receipt carries the company chop and stays with the delivery.

  7. Office

    7. Closes, bills and reviews

The order completes itself when the last load is delivered. Delivered DOs export to Excel for billing, and the incidents and wastage report shows what was lost, where and why.

Real life

When a load doesn't go to plan.

Concrete days rarely go perfectly. PourTrack records what happened, tells the right people, and keeps the order totals honest.

Problem on the road or at site

Truck broke down, concrete expired, rejected at site: the office or plant records the reason in one step. The customer is told by WhatsApp, the plant is alerted to send a replacement, and the load is marked as lost, not delivered.

Returned concrete

The site took less than the truck carried? Record what came back. The order counts only what was poured, so the plant knows exactly how much is still owed.

Site stops early

When the pour ends short of the order, the office closes it with one tap, but never while a truck is still out on the road.

Two dockets, one truck

When the plant prints two dockets for one trip (for example for a roadside weight check), PourTrack keeps them together as one delivery.

Who uses it

Each person gets only what they need.

Each person sees only their own part, and nobody needs training to start.

Customers

Order, follow the truck, sign and keep every receipt, all from a phone browser. WhatsApp updates at every step. No app to install.

Drivers

A short list of today's jobs and a few big buttons. Plain language, as few taps as possible.

Plant & batchers

Photograph the printed DO and pick the truck, or let Bridge bring tickets in by itself. Cancel or flag a load with a reason.

Approvals, every truck on one screen, billing export, and reports on incidents and wastage.
