PourTrack
PourTrack gives every concrete load a digital record, from the order, through the truck trip, to the customer's signature on site. It runs on the phones your drivers and staff already carry, alongside the batching system your plant already uses.
What it does
Runs on Android or iPhone, tablet, Windows PC or Mac. Open it in the browser or add it to the home screen like an app.
While a truck is on the road, the driver's phone shares its position. Customers see it on a map and get an instant message when the truck leaves, arrives and delivers, so there are fewer calls to the plant asking where the truck is.
Each load carries its plant DO number, with dispatch, arrival and delivery times recorded. Every photo is stamped with the DO number, time and location. The customer signs on the driver's phone at site, or later from their own dashboard, and the receipt can carry their company chop. Delivered DOs export to Excel for billing.
Slump results and cube samples taken at site are recorded against the load they came from, with a photo. Delivery history stays on the customer's dashboard. The records are designed to support CIDB CIS 21:2018: plant ID and PPS number on the DO, delivery within 2 hours of batching, and each truck traceable to its ticket.
Customers order online or the office enters the order. The office approves it, plans the loads and follows every truck on one screen. Incidents and wastage are recorded by reason, customer and truck.

The office approves the order and plans the loads. At the plant, the batcher photographs the DO your system already prints and picks the truck. From there the driver, the customer and the office follow the same record. Nothing to install at the plant.
A small connector at the plant passes each batch ticket to PourTrack as it prints. The plant still prints its DO for the truck, and PourTrack creates the matching digital DO at the same moment and sends it to the driver: no photo, no typing at the plant. Available plant by plant, after a fit check with your batching system.
